Should I Infuse My Dark Sword?

I got a +8 Dark sword, im actually pretty new to the game. What infusion is best for pvp or should i not at all.

If you're using the Dark Sword, you're most likely running either STR or a Quality build. Go for a Heavy infusion when you focus on STR, and a Refined Infusion if you have a (somewhat) equal split between DEX and STR.

Elemental infusions on such weapons are usually quite a waste, especially as Raw, Refinded, Sharp and Heavy eapons can still be buffed using resins and spells.

I'd go heavy, then. Put more into strength after, and you'll get some decent AR out of it.
