15 Estus flask

I collect all the estus shards (11 of them). but i still got only 13 instead of 15. Am I still missing something? or just abug?

Nothing strange about it.
You simply miscounted when collecting them.
I'm pretty sure you don't start off with 2, so go through the video again and figure out which 2 you're missing! :D

You don't have the Ultimate Estus achievement yet, so it seems you're missing something. Keep looking, or check your item box/inventory.

According to your achievements, you didn't kill the Old Demon King. I guess you missed the area Smouldering Lake and Demon Ruins. There are to find an estus shard and 2 undead bone shards.
One estus shard is easy to miss in the Catacombs. Did you destroy the first boulder there?

I think i got one from demon ruin bonefire area i died there more thatn any bosses.

Im pretty sure all 15 arent in 1 game, you need to go to ng+

There are 15 in the world.

OP, you don't have to make a new character dummy, just enter NG+. All the items in the world respawn, including Estus and Undead Boneshards. Considering there are a number of them even in the first areas of the game, you'll complete your Estus upgrades soon after starting. After that, the extra shards are completely pointless, aside from giving Pickle Pee Pump a Rump a Boneshard every NG+ cycle for some loot, I forget what it is.
