on an impure sorceror build, would i use simple caestus (fp regen so i can allot more healing flasks) or blessed caestus (hp regen so i can allot more ashen flasks)

currently i'm running around with a sorc staff + deep war axe + astor's spear in offhand until i infuse my caestus at around sl30~

Well, Simple Caestus regens Fp at, like, EXTREMELY slowly.
Blessed Caestus regens roughly 1hp/3sec with no upgrades.
So it's something but not much. If you use Blessed, then use it with a Sun Princess ring to up the passive regeneration.

A Simple +10 item regens 1 FP per 2.8 seconds (Which stacks with another), a Blessed +10 item will regen 3 HP per 1.5 seconds, but I don't think that stacks. Not sure if you intend on using the caestus as a primary weapon or offhand, but simple obviously be the better of the two for damage.
