Is BloodBorne worth buying a PS4 over?

PvE, it definitely is.

So much better PvE than ds3.

PvP is a joke though.

(Also, the fact that chalice dungeon glyphs are locked behind psn+)

YES. Maybe not buying the entire system over, but it's the reason I baught mine. Bloodborne is easily the best entry in the Soulsborne series, with the most fluid combat, energetic bosses, largest variety in weapons (fewer weapons, but every single one is unique in some way), and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing atmosphere and area design. Buy it if you can, it's absolutely bloody amazing.

i got lucky and a friend sold me his ps4 for 75$ and i picked up bloodborne GOTY on amazon during black friday. Depending on your financial situation i would not recomend dropping almost 300$+ just to play 1 game. However, if you are rich you do you. I recomend buying a used ps4 and playing Bloodborne with that.

That's the plan to buy a used one. BB is the main reason why I would buy a PS4 but I still am probably gonna get other games as well. Like Horizon Zero Dawn and Persona 5.

I already have the game. I bought the game on my cousins PS4 but I recently moved away so I have no way to play thats why Im considering just buying my own PS4.

No, it isn't worth it to buy a console just for that game. If you're interested in other PS4-exclusives, sure, but for one game? Hell no.
