How do Hollow infusion and Luck work with each other?

I wanted to make a Bleed Build after watching this video:

Now, it says at around 11:10 that Luck on the character increased from Hollow Infusion on the weapons.
However, i do not see this increase in my stat menu.

My question: Is Hollow increasing Luck still a thing or did it get patched?
Also, it says on several wikis that highest weapon with Hollow increases Luck by 5 points each.
Is this increase invisible (Not showing up in the menu)?

A hollow infused weapon at max upgrade will give you 5 stats in luck basically, and you do see the change in the stats. Check your luck while holding the weapon, and then when not holding any hollow infused

Edit: Well, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great. I healed my hollowing an hour ago or so. I don't have a backup.

You can get hollow again pretty quick.

Soon as you meet Yoel, find him at the shrine, and then keep dying to gain hollowing and back to him until you get the 5 sigils and lvls. By the time you have 5 sigils, each death grants 5 hollowing lvls, so keep dying till you get to 99

max effect which hollow infusion gives you is 5 luck increase that is reached at 15 hollowing, so no need to keep dying and getting to 99 hollowing, there's no increase.

Bleed build using hollow weapons aren't that good since the nerf to carthus rouge. You should use innate bleed-inducing weapons with a blood infusion on top.

Oc they nerfed it! FromSoft hates their PvP Community apparently! Still, since i main the Crow Talons it'll pay off one way or another. One L2 is technically a guaranteed bleed-out. Downside is the long, predictable animation
