Harald is lighter and has (imho) more useful weapon art (which comes with pretty high hyperarmor).

Exile does slightly more damage.

Harald's WA has more poise. Exile has higher damage for heavy and refined infusions. Harald has higher damage in sharp infusion. They are pretty similar in damage for elemental infusions with the Exile having slightly higher AR(~+10) but the Harald has greater phantom range. I prefer the Harald over the Exile simply due to the extra range and WA.
