Ringed City DLC: Lapp wont leave Inner Wall area.
I cant get Lapp to leave the Inner Wall bonfire. I went and found the monument. He didnt move to where the Covetous Golden Serpent Ring +3 was. Please help. Ive come and gone to the place 3 times since talking to him at the Inner Wall,
