I think refined infusions are the best for quality builds ^^

here are both weapons. On left side heavy and on right side refined infusion. As you can see, refined is better for quality ^^

for minmaxing pure str might be more worth, but then you shouldnt waste points in 40 dex

would use the red hilted halberd instead. It has more damage and if you ever 2 hand it, a more useful WA.

If your STR and DEX are at the same level, go for Refined.
If STR is your build, go for Heavy.
If DEX is your build, go for Sharp.

In your case, the maximum increase goes for Refined.

Infusions depend on your build. If you go for a STR build, go for Heavy infusion.
For the Broadsword, I usually go for a STR and DEX build because that weapon scalates with both, until I reach about 30 points for each stat. Then, the best infusion would be Refined.
