Can't find Lapp on his third encounter

i got the treasure at the earthen peak ruins, i talked to him till i exhausted all of his dialogues and now i can't find him at the ringed inner wall, is there a shortcut i need to unlock ? I already completed his questline the first time i met him, and i don't know what i did wrong.
EDIT: lapp isn't at the Earthen peak ruin,too, he just disappeared

By myself, even tough i don't know what the item was, i can't remember. On my first run, lapp brought it to me, but it shouldn't change something, or does it ?

Nope, you should just be able to talk to him until he repeats dialogue, and then he'll move to the next place. See if there's a siegbrau on the ground where he was

Nope, you should just be able to talk to him until he repeats dialogue, and then he'll move to the next place. See if there's a siegbrau on the ground where he was

Nope, there isn't.

If you didn't get one, it means he might've been aggro'd or something, idk. Maybe go get absolution from Velka and see if that does anything? He might also have died from something

It doesn't. But if you get it yourself he goes to standing position (at the same place) and you have to go back and talk to him.

It doesn't. But if you get it yourself he goes to standing position (at the same place) and you have to go back and talk to him.

I talked to him until he said "something-something- to the greatest warrior there is", then he just disappeared

Dude! I had the same problem and found out how to solve it. Actually, you skipped somehow the third encounter. You can find him at his fourth encounter at the purging monument. Maybe this is a glitch, but it's true. Go to his fourth encounter
