Unless you are claiming to have arrived at those figures through independent testing ?
The second point is more interesting, however.
NG+1 doesn't seem shocking. Starting enemies have very low HP (50 ish), so it wouldn't surprise me if they were buffed more strongly than, say, DLC enemies.
Note: For NG+N, N>1, keep in mind that [F] uses percentages relative to NG+(N-1) whereas [D] uses percentages relative to NG+1 (I misread it the first time, and it looked like a strong increase, when it's actually less than that of [F])
Data here: http://darksouls3.wikidot.com/enemygroup:grave-warden , on souls (assuming it's not made up), *does* show a five-fold increase in souls from NG to NG+, for instance. [F] does not have the same data available, but assuming the raw data is correct, it's more consistent with D than F.
