Dragonslayer axe infusion?

Ive heard many people saying raw is the best but ive also heard that sharp gets the most AR with the buff. I have mine currently raw and so... is it worth changing it to sharp?

He's talking about Creighton's Axe which is technically a Dragon Slayer Axe(it might actually be called that)
Personally i find that Refined is the best however i also have 60 str 60 dex so~

He's talking about Dragonslayer's Axe, a weapon you can get after defeating Creighton the Wanderer after he invaded you near Church of Yorshka. His spawn point is in the graveyard zone.
