But I do advise removing all saves and traces of the cheats when you want to go online again
If it's builds you're concerned about though, you don't need to go offline to test them. You can safely spawn in weapons, armor, and spells online with no punishment. Or, that's been my case so far for the past month.
Certain noteworthy things that will definitely get you banned are
- Titanite Slabs and Estus Shards
- Gestures
- Boss Souls
There are a lot of other minor things, but those are the main ones.

To upgrade your stuff to +10 and put Infusion on your weapons without materials, just use the script. It won't get you banned.
And of course like all cheating, all of this may be bannable in the future. I'm simply speaking from personal experimentation.
