That's all i can think of.
first set the selection arrows (the ones you switch weapons and spells & items) to 1 for left weapon slot and 3 for right weapon slot. for spells and itemss the mouse wheel shall do it.
set R for duel weilding, E to use item, Q to "interact" or the otthher way around.
Reverse the mouse buttons attack, assign left hand attack to left mouse button and assign right hand attack to right mouse button, so it now makes ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense...
now thee default "go back" (B on controller) button is Q and the "Enter" (A on controller) is assigned to E, this can be very annoyin if you change the above settings. i would recommend changing them to what ever you please.... or just leave them and get used to it
and incase you didn't notice, Heavy attack (RT) is basically SHIFT+ATK BUTTON. i think its not bad so just leave it
and parry (LT) is LEFT CTRL which is not that bad as well
you can also change the Gesture menu button to T instead of G (so your fingers dont go up and down and keep them above at all times)
Mouse switches spells with left click and items with right click
Mouse wheel click uses items
E is right handed light R is Right handed Heavy
Shift is left handed light Tab is Left handed Heavy
F is 2 hand
C is switch Left hand V is Switch Right hand Space is roll and run
G is jump
X is target
Z is Walk
I think that's all
Edit: Wasd movement
