What to infuse on an Astora Greatsword for a quality build?

Refined + pine resins/magic blade buffs if you have mostly strength and dex

Chaos or Dark if you’ve got Int/Faith

Lightning if you are devoted to faith

Never use Deep or Fire gems unless you’re super low level

OP, ignore the bad answers above. The AGS is better SHARP-infused. Both onehanded and twohanded, I'm assuming 40 Str 40 Dex.

Yeah its better sharp infused with a dex build, but if you are running a quality build and wana use the AGS then refined would work better, right?

I think it might still be worth noting that if we go 60/60 situation would change
Sharp - 597 AR onehand and 609 twohand
Refined - 596 AR onehand and 616 twohand

But its clearly not for 120SL
