Best buff for sellsword twinblades?

I'm running a DEX build and I'm trying this weapon but I'm not sure which resin to use for PVE against bosses. I've tried using both gold pine resin and carthus rouge and I think both were good, I also can use blessed weapon. I'm honestly still confused on how buffs work in the game, I'd appreciate some advice

I'm SL 80 with 18 faith and 40 dex with a sharp infusion.

Resins add roughly the same amount, so it's best to just use what the boss is weak against. Though dark is generally the best for PvP. Blessed weapon only really works well on high damage weapons since it adds a flat 7.5% damage buff, whether you have 15 faith or 60 it's still the same.

Oh, and it'd probably be better to put carthus on the Gravetender twinblades, they're like a less damaging sellswords but with innate bleed damage.

Also, can you provide and example of what are high damage weapons? I've been using Astoras greatsword, would this one benefit more from using blessed weapon than using a resin? It's damage, including my current scalin at +10 is 244+289

Yes, something like the Astora greatsword would work with blessed weapon. It's just that the higher the damage you have, the more you'll get from blessed weapon. If you used, say a sellswords, then something like lightning blade or crystal magic weapon would be better.
