Meta 120 or 125?

Also, what's the worst that can happen if I go till 130 or 140? Will I just have less people to connect to online?

Nothing.The meta is actually 123

It's mostly 120, but some go 125 because of the 5 free levels you get from Yoel in NG+ if you wish to do Yuria's questline.

Oh, and the highest you can level up but still invade SL 120 is SL 133.

125 on PS4

Don't know why, but people on the PS4 tend to go for 125 most of the time.
I stay at SL 120 or lower for Invasions and Duels. 133 is if you want to be super tryhard.

So.... after getting to level 125, if I want to stay in meta, I can't do Yuria quest in NG+,++,etc etc?

Meta is 120. everything else is just a stat advantage over your enemy and your personal weakness. Thou i understand a wish to get few extra levels to get more weapon variety which is especially true for mages. It is much more interesting to limit yourself with 120 then go higher. Not as interesting as playing as level 1 but still much more chalenging then playing level 200+ character.

Since when you invade it's 10% of your level down, then 10% +20 up. So at SL 133 you can invade from 120 to 166.

You can invade down to 120 which most people sit at. 133 is the maximum level you can go to while still being able to match with people at 120. Many invaders do this to gain a slight advantage over meta players, but some duelists also use it when they don't want a fair fight.
