Do you guys know any buff glitch that still work?

I remember seing some people using glitches to buff some special/boss weapons. Is there still a way to buff unbuffable weapons?

The patched the old way to do it, so this is what we have left
Oh there's also a weapon moveset swap glitch

You R1 spam with LKS, press L2, do a weapon swap in your inventory.

If I wouldn't know it better, they patched this ♥♥♥♥ too. Cos everytime I pull this off my character just doesn't do it.
