Being at exactly level 132 gives us both meta's: 119-150+ ?

I was wondering if that is true.
And do you get matched with players 10 levels low and 10 levels higher than you?

like what is the most populated one?

have 2 saves
lvl 140 for arena/soapstone pvp/ co-op summon, it matches with 119-164
lvl 134 for invasions only, it matches with 120-167

OK, I never invade so that helps. I like to help people with bosses and defend against invaders.
