Fromsoft's anticheat is garbage and always will be.

yesterday i got invaded by a cheater, something happened and corrupted my data... i started a new save file and the penalization was gone, put back my banned save, and there it was, put the new, and its gone, put a back up of my file from last week, and the penalization was back, so i just started AGAIN from scratch playing offline in order to not get invaded, cheated and then banned for just playing the game ://////
so, if you know how to avoid ban, keeping my character, please, do share the knowledge... to day i was farming and selling everything as fast as i could to get to a good level, but it's boring not to have my pyros, spells, weapons, armors and of course, my stats... right now i can only wear like the masters attire in order to prioritize strength u.u

What about writing a script to backup your save and run it everyday saving the last 10 save files? Then you are always able to roll back to any last 10 days stats.

io can't proof it to you but i have been banned sence the begining of january and softbans are not supposed to be this long then i heard many people said dark souls bans are permanent now

You probably still have invalid data on your system. The ban won't be removed so long as it remains.
