Audio cut out [SOLVED]

A few games ago the game starts cutting out audio when a new sound is made.
like for example when I press to drink estus and open the menu, you can bearly hear the estus.
Or when attacking sometimes the ambiant noise will restart its loop.

Anyone know of a way to fix this? (Note that sunday was the last time I definitely didn't have this problem and I didn't download anything resently)

Uninstall INVIDIA HD audio driver and then restart your PC.

It happens to me sometimes when i perform too many actions at once. Normally i just restart the game.
