Sellsword vs Warden Twinblades

I know Sellsword are very popular for melting bosses, but how do Wardens compare to them? Which would be better for a NG+7 run? And what infusions for them, obv dex build?

Warden for bleed; I assume sellsword for everything else

Bleed is great for PvE, though some bosses are immune or resistant. You can always counteract that with enough dex or faith (for lightning blade)

Sellswords have naturally better dexterity scaling while the warden's proc bleed albeit at less damage.
Use Sellswords for anything immune or super resistant to bleed; Warden's for everything else.

I've heard luck scales best with the bleed infusion. There's been a couple changes with bleed and I think that's the newer change.

If I wanted to "melt" bosses with the Sellsword Twinblades, I´d go for a DEX build with a buff. On top of that, I´d add the Old Wolf CS, Pontiff Right Eye and Lloyd´s Sword Ring. I did something like that with the Brigand Twindaggers and most bosses went down fast. I wonder which weapon deals more DPS.
