You will need to delete all your Save Data in the AppData/Roaming/DarkSoulsIII/[SteamProfile] folder.

There should be a DS30000.sl2 - delete that. It will remove all Save Data. You then have to run DS3, re-accept the End User License Agreement and then wait for about 2 weeks.

I have playing the game over 300h i have play it legit very often. I would make a boss run because of this i have played with godmode to run to the boss.
