DLCs (before or after the final boss?)

So, I've basically done almost everything (as far as I know) in the base game. I haven't beat Nameless King the first couple of tries but I'll get him eventually.

I have the 4th Cinder to place, I'm assuming this will trigger the final boss fight.

My question is: can I fight the final boss and then do the DLCs? Or should I do the DLCs first?

I found the link to the Ariandel DLC a while ago, so I'm wondering if I'll lose that bonfire if I finish the base game. Ringed City I haven't found anything related to it yet.

Any insight regarding how to handle finishing the base game / doing the DLCs would be appreciated.

the game doesnt end when you kill the final boss, it gives you the option to go to new game +
you can still roam around through the game with everything done, no bonfires are reset until you go to new game

Yeah, completing the base game and declining NG+ doesn't do anything but leave you free to complete any business you have left. DLC included

Secondly, you are always allowed to begin NG+ any time; you can access it from the Firelink Shrine bonfire. You just can't go back once you've started it.
