You have been softbanned for playing the game in offline because FROM decided this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is better than just a normal anticheat.

Anyways, If my memory serves me well, you should delete your character and also your save files from C:\Users\PC\AppData\Roaming\DarkSoulsIII\ and then create a new character, invest at least 10 minutes into it and after 2 weeks your restrictions should be removed. Or not? I don't know, FROM isn't the best when it comes to customer support.

On the other hand, if you'd rather play offline, the softban won't have any incidence in your game-experience if I'm not mistaken.

(I mean, you wrote "onfline", I interpreted this as offline but it's a 50/50 chance.)

I did as you said and my main account is still banned for half a year already
I've contacted the bandai support itself, but these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ saying, that they can't remove it by themselves, only that system does...
