Disable blood stains on my character

Is there a way to disable blood on my character? I don't want to look like a piece of charcoal every time i kill someone and get splattered all over.

In your menu you can go to > system > sound and display. There you can set blood to on, mild or off.

It makes sense if you think about it. You're character is Ash after all. Ash is inherently dry and absorbs moisture, such as blood, like crazy.

Edit:

Of course if you think it's bad in DS3, don't play Bloodborne. You'll spend most of the game like you were just up a girls lady parts during the wrong time of the month.

I beat this game atleast 14 times already and the blood on my char is fine when it comes to PvE. But when I'm hosting PvP for half an hour I don't want to look all black and brown, I want to see my character as it is
