is there a way to farm budding green blossoms?

they seem to be very limited and none of the vendors sell infinet amounts of it

so are there any enemies that drop it?

Actually, yes, there is a way to farm those. You need to kill the Sewer Centipedes in Irithyll sewers. Just go to Distant Manor bonfire and go through the tunnel leading to that kitchen. This proccess will be exhausting, though, as Budding Green Blossoms are extremely rare.

There isn't much point to it though. The stamina recovery they add for such a brief time isn't worth the effort. In contrast Power Within is worth roughly more than every other source of stamina recovery combined and boosts attack (AR boost is nerfed a bit in pvp). It drains your HP over time but using the Lingering Dragoncrest Ring (esp +2 version) and a minor amount of HP regen can heavily negate this and boost the duration (longer duration from ring means slower HP drain because HP drained doesn't change, it is 30% of HP over course of spell).

yeah it seems farming the blossoms would be way too much effort i tried farming for them for about an hour and not a single drop of it at 250 item discovery, seems the only way to get them would be to cheat but im too scared to touch cheat engine, so it seems the budding blossoms will remain unobtainable for me
