Vertebra Shackles Farming Offline

Hi, well I have already farmed like 300k souls in Catacombs of Carthus bonfire on those 2 skeletons next to the rolling ball and I didnt get a SINGLE ONE Vertebra Shackle. I was searching on google how to farm these things offline and everywhere was this spot but its just not working for me. I dont want to farm them online. I am even using that mimic chest hat and gold covetous ring +3 and still not a single one. Is there any other and better spot to farm these offline ?

You are at the right place to farm them, but the drop rate is very, very low.
Why not get them in online mode ?

Because I suck in pvp games and I would rage quit so hard so it would not get me anywhere lol

Ok, there is another way to farm them.
Sometimes you can find other players on this forum, trying to get the 30 shackles too.
With such a player you can team up, summon eachother via red sign.
The you can duel for the shackles.....or the host simply jumps off the next cliff.
Rinse and repeat.

You don't need embers to do this.
The host can summon the moundmaker unembered, and jump off the cliff.
Only the moundmaker will get a shackle, but not the host.
