Increase healing spell potentials?
Is there any way to buff healing spells at all whatsoever?

Yes, with upgrading your chime it will heal more. Personally I like Filianora's Chime for all healing miracles.

and get more faith
spell buff matters most

Upgrade level doesn't effect heal over time effects, though, does it?

Is there a certain limit cap or any suggestions for to stop at for faith?

I tested it right now with Filianora's Chime weapon art. The upgrade level didn't matter. Unupgraded chime and +5 chime healed exactly the same amount of hp.

so with that being said im assuming only upgrading faith will help with the heal increase?

I think they were just responding to my Heal Over Time question. Not sure if it effects direct heals the same way.

Nono, we told about "healing over time" miracles.
You still can get more healing potential by upgrading your chime, per ex. for Heal, Great Heal, Soothing Sunlight.....

High faith means better healing miracles/more heals for the miracles you have. Reason why is because it increases your chimes weapon buff, higher weapon buff means high damage and everything else when casting with it. If you want as much healing as possible go for 60 faith and yorshkas chime with soothing sunlight. That's pretty much a full heal for you and any near allies.

Canvas chime is a good option if you want high heals but use the unfaltering prayer so you don't get staggered while using the miracle. Won't heal as much, but still heals a ton. Filianore chime has a larger range on your heals, which means you can heal more distant allies.

Keep in mind that rings (such as morne's ring or ring of the sun's first born) don't affect how much miracles heal you, they only affect damaging miracles.

Yeah, Blessed weapon (spell) Scales with Spellbuff (SB) of your Chime/Talisman.
SB 250+ = 5 hp/s
SB 200+ = 4 hp/s
SB 150+ = 3 hp/s
SB 100+ = 2 hp/s
SB <100 = 1 hp/s

Increasing the duration of the spell with Lingering dragoncrest rings slows down the regen, resulting in the same total health regained over a longer time.

Other ways to increase healing based on faith is the blessed gem, which actually increases tick rate but not healing amount based on upgrade level.

Like mentioned, yorshka's with high faith will give the most healing, but something like canvas or sun talisman are useful if you want to heal your allies mid fight without worrying about PvE/invaders staggering you out of it.

Filianore is great due to the extra healing miracle range, also the L2 (the weapon art) is unique to that chime, as while it has a worse regen than the other chime weapon arts, it also gives allies regen and you can swap it out without losing the regen as well.
