Does anyone know that if i buy dark souls 3 using the play station now app if i can cross platform with other play station users? I have a friend who plays on PS4 and i play on PC, we both love the game and have a lot of hours in it. Would be really cool if we could play together. Besides either one of us buying a new system i want to see if play station now would allow us to do that.

Can I play online multiplayer games with PS Now?

If a game includes online multiplayer modes, you'll be able to access these just as you would if you owned the game on disc or download, meaning you can play fellow PlayStation Now players as well as those playing disc or download versions of the game. An additional PS Plus membership is not required.

PSNow works like you stream a game from a Play Station in a server room to yourself on your computer or whatever you use, so you are essentially playing on PS4, and I can confirm from playing Bloodborne on it with a friend who was on his PS4 that it does connect to other PS systems, though in cases like Dark Souls 2, PSNow uses the PS3 version, or rather did before they removed it, don't know if it's back up, any way I'm digressing, basically yes you do connect to other PS systems, but not PC. I don't think that DS3 is on PSNow though.
