What's the best build for the most demage output on Sorcerer?

I'm using the Court sorc staff but what should I use on my left hand? And which equip should I have in general

Crown of Dusk, Young Dragon Ring, Bellowing Dragoncrest Ring, Magic Clutch Ring (not in PvP) and 60 Intelligence.

For the offhand either a Scholar's Candlestick (buffs spells just by being visibly equipped) or the Crystal Sage Staff. That staff has a better selfbuff than the Court Sorcerer Staff, however if you wield both of them the selfbuff actually affects both staves. It's only worth it if you constantly keep it buffed though.

The Sage Ring (or even better its +1 or +2 versions) can help by speeding up your casting, but you can also level Dex to 50 or wield a Saint-tree Bellvine in your offhand.

Lothric War Banner is also a nice option; you get a buff and you can poke stuff with it.
