Uncut footage about Ocelotte

I got curious about Ocelotte and googled it up. And then I found this.

So it looks like Oceiros had a LOT more planned but never made it for final release. I can only come to two conclusions why this is. A: The game was pushed out before the final polish that could have added that extra umph to the game. Or B: Someone threw a fit because "It's a baby" and was afraid the game would sell poorly as a result (in which case I refer to the witcher 3, which had a deformed baby turning into a monster).

Either way this make me wonder what else was planned to have more yet was cut back. Could the nameless king have had more planned out as well?
