Can't change the lock on target

I realized that i can't switch the target after i lock on one. I used right stick to move the target, tapping, double tapping, swing it, I tried several ways to figure it out, but nothing was helpful. Does anybody have same issues like mine? I currently use the xbox360 controller.

You have to change controller setting in steam overlay during game(right stick as right stick instead of default right stick as mouse).

Thank you for your reply. I just disable the controller support and it works for me :)
However, i tried to use your solution, but can't find any controller option in steam overlay, where does it locate?

It's second option on the left in Big Picture version of Steam Overlay.
