So equip warriors of sunlight covenant which is found in the undead settlement, and then use the white sign soapstone and you can be summoned as a warrior of sunlight.
Or you can do the same thing with the moundmakers and a purple sign will drop which means you can also chose to pvp them, but most players who summon the purple sign expect a fair, outright duel.
Thanks for the info guys. Btw, as Blue sentinel and Dark moon, do I need to leave my sign to be summoned to fight against invaders?

Level refers to soul level or total level, and upgrade is your weapon upgrade level. This guide is accurate enough, but lowballs some of the easier bosses in the beginning of the game. For max summons id stay around level 35 until farron keep and cathedral are done. 40 for catacombs is fine, and ~55 for irythill seems right.
