How to Coop as Warrior of Sunlight?
So I understand to summon people into my game, I use the white soap stone. But how can I join other to help them? I'm not familiar with online playing in DS though. I can see some yellow things in bonfire list but how can I find their signs to join them?

So you need 500 souls and to buy the white soapstone from the handmaiden in firelink shrine (old lady in the chair). use it and itll drop a sign of your own. The sign will change color based on your covenant. So a purple sign is moundmakers, which is a covenant that means they can hurt you too, and a yellow one means warriors of sunlight, which means they can only help you. white one is basic, same as yellow but they dont get covenant reward for helping to kill a boss.

So equip warriors of sunlight covenant which is found in the undead settlement, and then use the white sign soapstone and you can be summoned as a warrior of sunlight.

Or you can do the same thing with the moundmakers and a purple sign will drop which means you can also chose to pvp them, but most players who summon the purple sign expect a fair, outright duel.

Yep, the soapstone allows you to be summoned. Just put the stone in your equipment and use it in the game-world. Generally people either look for summon-signs at a bonfire close to a boss or right outside the boss-fog. Put your stone there for best results. Also, if you want to farm up some sunlight medals, find a boss in your level-range that you feel is really tough to solo and drop your sign there. People like summoning sunbros because they get free medals for getting helped, so you should get regular summons.

So I can only leave my sign and wait for the others to summon me?

Thanks for the info guys. Btw, as Blue sentinel and Dark moon, do I need to leave my sign to be summoned to fight against invaders?

Yep, but like Cerebrete said youll have luck placing signs by bonfires, or in front of boss doors. Level range does come into play, so if you want to make sure youll get the most summons follow this guide for level ranged per area:
https://darksouls3.wiki.fextralife.com/Recommended+Level+by+Location

Level refers to soul level or total level, and upgrade is your weapon upgrade level. This guide is accurate enough, but lowballs some of the easier bosses in the beginning of the game. For max summons id stay around level 35 until farron keep and cathedral are done. 40 for catacombs is fine, and ~55 for irythill seems right.
