Is the Undead Legion set any good?

I beat the Abyss Watchers and i like their armor. But is it good for 31000 souls? (I have the head because its cool but still)

only scrubs wear armor or care about armor stats

As you progress you get 31000 souls from slaying a few regular foes, so you shouldn't worry as much about the cost. As for the quality of the armor, fashion souls ftw. If you like the looks of it, go for it!

(PS if you really want to go for max defense I'd check the wiki page for the set and compare it to whatever you have already/want in the future)

Fashion before function, nothing is more important in Lothric.

It's pretty light weight and doesn't have much absorption or poise, but is fine if you're not planning on being a poise build.

Try mix and matching different armour together, not just for better stats but also because you can get some really cool looking combinations.

You will be facing enemies, later on, who will drop 50k+ souls, each - do not worry about spending 30k souls on some equipment.

yes but still i have kinda low stats for almost being at half of the game so yeah

well i am and i admit it but i like how it looks so i think i will go for it, thanks for letting me know about that damage boost

im sl 60, but i only have like 18 in str amd 16 in dex so i dont do a lot of damage thats why i am looking for a decent set to wear until i can have this 2 stats higher

All armor is either good or bad depending on what you're playing against. Wear whatever looks cool, armor in this game isn't like DS2 where you could +10 and upgrade it. That set is just like any other medium armor. If you want to cosplay a Watcher then yeah it's good.
