When you rest at the bonfire It will indicate the busiest areas for your current soul level and wepaon level.
The busiest areas are -
Undead Settlement - SL 10-25
Road of Sacrifices - SL 15-40
Farron Keep - SL 15-40
Catacombs of Carthus - SL 25-50
Irithyll of the Boreal Valley - SL 30-55
Anor Londo - SL 50-125
Irithyll Dungeon - SL 40-60
Profaned Capital - SL 45-65
Lothric Castle - SL 60-80
Grand Archives - SL 65-85
Consumed King's Garden - SL 55-80
Untended Graves - SL 60-85
Kiln of the First Flame - SL 70-90
Archdragon Peak - SL 70-90
These are the optimum ranges to invade or get summoned.
You will invade/get summoned if you are slightly above the ranges above, but it will be much rarer.
I noticed you wrote High Wall of Lothric - SL 1-20
So how does it works for the dancer? (after beating Vohr bossfight, I got spoiled/summoned for the Dancer fight because i had put my sign hoping to help for Vohr (I was something about SL 30)
No, there are a few more early game (up to Farron Keep), as a SL1 character will still get frequent summons in Crucifixion Woods and Undead settlement.
These ranges only get important after Abyss Watchers.
