Is magic any good?

Finally beat DS2 with melee only and am now interested in trying magic for the first time. I read a little and it seems pyromancy and sorcery seem best. Has anything changed or are miracles and hexes still bad?

Pyro is great. But it lacks variety since there's like 4 spells that are useful, so it's kinda boring, also in Dark Souls 3 being a caster is being ring dependant, melee is best for that, but pyro has great damage and is still worth it.

Miracles are a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ joke.

you should put your INT and FTH to 30 and then get atleast 3 attunement slots, and then press the left bumper to win
but dont forget to roll
