I really like this moveset, but it's a kinda slow weapon and doesn't seem to do the damage for the speed tradeoff. I'm currently at 16 STR, 40 DEX, 18 FAI. I'm hearing that speccing into Faith doesn't do much for DS SS, but at the same time I'm not sure if I should go more STR or DEX. All the builds online are from like early 2016, so idk what to do rn D:

I have a fun cosplay nameless king build. I can recommend 26 Str, 40 dex and 18 faith. The faith only gives you 1 AR per level more so it is not recommended to go over the requirement for this weapon. You get more AR from leveling up str even though str is D scaling and faith C. Once you reach 26 str you hit the cap and will only get 1 more AR per level. Same for dex only 1 AR more for every level past 40. So 26 str, 40 dex and 18 faith is the most effective stats for the weapon.

edit: 2 handed moveset is the one of a halberd while running attacks are still pokes(spearmoveset). If that moveset is too slow for you, you can 1 hand the weapon to get a spear moveset. So if you need fast r1s and fast rolling attacks in pvp go 1 handed. Weapon is really fun to play since you can mix up your attacks quite good.
