Lothric Knight build suggestions!
Should I go for;

STR - 24
DEX - 60
FTH - 15

OR

STR - 40
DEX - 40

OR

STR - 24
DEX - 75

Got 14 attunement, 35 Vigor, 30 endurance and 20 Vitality. STarting class Knight.

Well you going for spear and shield or sword and board ?

Go for 24str 75 dex. Sword and shield.

My weapons would be lothric knight straight sword, Lothric Knight greatsword and spear. Lothric Knights do use blessed buff on their weapons. Isn't it necessary?

Go for 24 str 60 dex and 15 faith if you want blessed buff
