NG+ Bug: cannot teleport from Firelink Shrine

I finished the game and after defeating the first boss in a NG+ and putting the coild sword on the first bonfire at Firelink Shrine I can't teleport to the Wall of Lothric, and therefore I can't advance anymore in the game and I'm trapped there. The tp menu appears but the tab for Wall of Lothric isn't there....

PLEASE does anybody know how to fix this?? I'd really like to continue my NG+ :(

I didn't add any mod. How can I check cache files?

If it doesn't help try talking to NPCs and teleporting to the Gundyr bonfire and restarting the game/steam/computer. Maybe it'll help. If neither helps, I believe you encountered a really rare bug that may not have a solution. In that case you could provide with information to From or Bamco support, maybe they can help. Until that you can start a new character and enjoy that. Just until the issue is fixed.

I tried checking the cache files and it said everything works perfectly, but I still can't tp :(

Broo, i got this problem too... but it happened interesting. My friend called me to go to the boss Nameless King, and then suddenly another person appears and the next thing we see is a cutscene at the beginning of the game...
did you find a solution?

you got ng+ exploited, sadly nothing you can do about it, unless you create backup save.

Man, you really helped me. I first wanted to try rollback to a System Restore point in windows, but then i went to the file at C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\DarkSoulsIII and clicked Restore previous versions (luckily there was a version dated the previous day)

So, I advise everyone to try

I have the same problem,but on PS4. I encountered it naturally tho, and on NG+6. Bandai Namco support told me they reported it to From Software. So yeah, no solution coming.
