How to turn off voice chat?

so im doing a Lets Play on dark souls 3 and the recording went well so did the audio but at some parts you hear me say something and cut off real quick like He- or something like that and im wondering if i might of started a voice chat thing and wanna know how to disable it its nothing to big cause if my audio is sync correctly it wont be a problem but i want to be safe you know? so if you guys can help me out and tell me how to fix that I would greatly appriciate it.

Go to options, search for it and turn it off. I mean come on...... If you can't do this on your own, please just sell your computer.
