The rest of the stats can be dumped into the other stats.
VIG is an often ignored stat for some weird reason, so 40 is a good amount.
If you want to use Miracles get enough ATT to get 4, maybe 5 slots.
And the rest probably would be best put into END and VIT.
Like I said, you're quite overleveled(when it comes to PvP atleast) and there isn't much of a "real" build anymore. You got more then enough points to put them wherever you want them.
EDIT: As for people saying Sorceries are bad in general, don't lsiten to them. Sorceries only suck until around the midgame. Once you put some points into INT you get decent damage and when you reach 60 INT you one shot most common enemies and destroy bosses.
Also this build won't really be geared towards PvP because I'm ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE at PvP :/ I go to the PvP arena on occasion if I'm bored, but I mostly do PvE, and I wanted to change it up if I do NG+4.
So you should equip only the Lingering Dragoncrest ring +2. Maybe instead of Knight Slayers Ring because it's nearly useless in PvE, except for some situations. Also you should equip either Life Ring +3 or Ring of Favor +2 (if you are at ng++, obviously if you are not, use a +1 ring instead).
Drop 4 VGR, 22 END, all INT, a bit of VIT, keep STR at 40 or 60 or somewhere inbetween and pump that into Faith till you hit 60 (or whatever FTH your spells need). Maybe 24 or 30 Att. To actually make Miracles hurt, you also need the fitting set or Rings (Sun's Firstborn, Morne's, to a degree Lightning Clutch and Sage Ring +2).
Not really.
Im almost the same level as him. Had many summons for Duels, invasions, bosses (DLC mostly) and sometimes helping around Anor Londo. DM blade is barely alive and Farron are hanging on a thread of life.
It really depends on the miracles you wanna use. Currently focusing more on two handed right now but got 35 Faith wich is good enough for Lightning Stake, Force and healing miracles. You could remove the Knight ring (Since 65 strenght is pretty good) and go for the Darkmoon ring (More Miracles) or the miracle boosting ring (Suns firstborn or something) depends what you really want. I'd say get atleast some lvls out of endurance/vigor and dump them in Faith/Attunement.

This is what i use with some light armor, Wolf Knight GS, Grass Spirit Tree Shield, Avelyn, Sun talisman and Crow Quills. If needed i can switch some rings and i got a diffrent character more focused on other stuff. So its a Jack-of-All-Trades character.
Vigor: 41
Attunement: 30
Endurance: 45
Vitality: 32
Strength: 50
Dexterity: 10
Intelligence: 20
Faith: 49
Luck: 7
My spells are Chaos Bed Vestiges, Lightning Stake, Force, Rapport, Soothing Sunlight.
Also using the Dragonslayer Greataxe, which compliments the stats well. It's very fun using spells again after having a blast with them in Dark Souls 1.
