Regardless of whether you used Cheat Engine (or similar) or you were invaded by a hacker who has corrupted your save data, the actions required and result is the same... , you will need to delete your current save (%appdata%) then start a new game.

If the soft ban progresses to a full ban (Penalized), again the result is the same though this time you will need to wait approximately 2-4 weeks for the next 'un-ban' cycle.
