I'm aware, but subp's comment was a pvp based statement. It's still a bad weapon in both pve and pvp and only good against lagging coopers/gankers. That's it.
Low dmg, duh. Bad dps.
Moveset bad. You'll use just r1s because they're better. L1s have kind wide arcs, but 3rd hit is just bad, just vertical and the chain repeats the 2nd and 3rd hit. The hits can also miss foes or rather they can recover and hit you with a quick jab because they don't get hit by the dagger.
No thrusts beside the r1 rolling attack, l1 is redundant too.
Also, stamina consumption.
It requires titanite scales which arent as easy to get as regular and twinkling titanite.
Honestly that alone makes it a bad weapon.
also you can parry the 1st and 3rd l1's making them trash especially in pvp
