Is it possible.
To do most of the bosses but Aldrich, which would inturn make it not possible to do Cinder? Cause I like summoning alot of folks for fight clubs at pontiff, but also like helping with bosses.

You can do everything up until the Archives as the key to get into the archives only spawns once Aldrich and Yhorm are dead.

Like Almighty said, you need to kill Aldrich in order to get the key for the archives, you can do everything else up to that point though. You'll basically just miss out on Grand Archives and Soul of Cinder. Every other place, including dlcs, is reachable without defeating Aldrich.

That what I was hoping, didnt know of the grand archives thing though.

Yeah, the key to the archives you find just before the entrance only spawns once you kill all 3 Lords of Cinder.
