Fastest way to get a lightning weapon (default) with a Blessed infusion?

I'm trying to get a good tank / healer faith build going. I feel like if I put levels into HP, FP, and Faith I won't do much damage. But, if I get a lightning weapon and infuse it with a Blessed Gem, then it will have a faith scaling on the physical damage AND the lightning damage. (Plus the cool regen.)

Now the question is... whats the fastest way to get a blessed gem and a weapon with default lightning damage? I want a strong build, but not when all the bosses are already dead. (Then wheres the fun?)

Well the earliest (not fastest) way u can get a blessed gem is farming the winged knight before vordt.
He has a VERY RARE chance of dropping blessed gems ( I got a drop myself).
It would take forever or just a lucky drop but it's the earliest way to get the gem.
Do that and pick your weapon of choice and you got what you want :)

From what I see the gem is fairly fast at Cathedrel of the Deep, but where are the weapons?

I think the closest is dragon slayer axe.
Can't think of anything else that you can get earlier.

The only infusable weapons with inherent lightning are the Dragonslayer Axe and Lothric Greatsword.

Both require you to get up to Irithyll.

And the Drakeblood! Its lightning gains a small amount of scaling when infused with Blessed!

This requires both Dancer and Oceiros to be dead and for access to Irithyll, of course.
