No Summon Signs... Internet or syptoms of a year old game?

hey! first post sorry if i havent formatted it right.
for the past few days its been super hard to be summoned or summon, and when I do manage to summon people, they cant enter the boss room. ive wasited over 25 embers and im very frustrated at this point. can anyone enlighten me or offer me help? is it my internet or that not many people are playing anymore. im currently working on the twin princes and the demon prince (who I have only ever seen ONE summon sign for in 4 days)
btw my SL is 91 and my internet speet is 10mbps.

YES PLEASE, demon prince if thats ok, I am doing miniscule damage unless its dorhy's knawing but Ive almost killed them a few times, a non-npc would do me wonders

When you summon someone don’t enter the boss room immediately.

If the phantom is still loading your world then there’s a good chance that they’ll get stuck outside the boss room.

You should always wait a little while after the phantom spawns.

or if you are a phantom and see host have lags and he entered to fog one option is only leave his world iam doing this very often
