Undead bone shard in the rolling ball of skeletons bug

Saw a youtube walktru about this but mine i think is bug...when the ball of skeletons shattered it didnt give me any undead bone shard...anyone experiencing this also?

Make sure it's the one near the long staircase/bridge, not the one by the Catacombs bonfire. Also be sure you didn't already grab it.

Not really relevant but I once hit him, then as he ran down the hall he was run over and killed by his own ball. Also you can cheese the second dude from across the gap, where the ghost jars are.

yep im sure i did the right things coz i alrady watched a walktru if it in youtube...it shattered but theres no prompt that i get anything.

Well I never heard of one being inside of a skeleton ball, I got my bonfire to 11 kindled without it.

Well I never heard of one being inside of a skeleton ball, I got my bonfire to 11 kindled without it.

are you sue we are on the same page here?im talking about the undead bone shard which upgrades yous estus flask efficiency to 10

You put it in your bonfire, and it upgrades the amount healed, the max is 11

There's an undead bone shard in the rolling skeleton ball at the catacombs. If there's no undead bone shard found after the first rolling skeleton ball is shattered, you probably already gotten it.

I think he is mistaking it for estus flasks, which go up to 15

You need to kill (or maybe just register a hit?) the skeleton behind the wall of the tunnel's entrance. If the rolling ball hits him when he's running, you won't get the undead bone shard.
