Friede NG+7 tips?

ok so i've defeated all bosses + DLC's on NG+7 solo entirely with pure STR build.
Until i faced friede, took 30 tries+ & died like a♥♥♥♥♥ barely made to 3rd phase, tried different builds & still no luck.
Any recommended tips, gears, or build for this? (pls don't say summon gael or other player, just want to beat it solo)

She staggers fairly easily, but friede is also really fast, I'd swap to something like a GS for a STR build since it keeps a good amount of damage while being fast. Her first phase is the easiest, really the best time to attack her is when she goes invis and jumps behind you. You can generally hear where she jumps. Second phase just stay on father ariandel Friede will stay back for the most part spamming ice paths meaning it's just a game of timing. Listen for her to go invis because she will try to heal father ariandel. Go for a backstab when she does this for ez damage.

Blackflame friede is the real boss fight IMO the other two are just built to waste your estus. The biggest time to attack is when her ice scythe glows and she comes in for a spin slash (if you get hit by it then you take a huge amount of damage practically a one shot on NG+7) it has enough of a recovery that she can't attack or dodge and WILL take the damage. If you're filling frisky remember that she can stagger, so if you memeroize her attack patterns there are alot of openings, but they require alot of memorization to use properly.

HOLLY MOTHER OF GAWD, i did it guys
had to become R1 spammer & turtling ♥♥♥♥♥ (refined lothric sword + havel's greatshield)
used 3 denials, probably the most intense fight after Midir & the only boss fight that i had to use shield

Just kidding, she is a pain.in my current runthrough of +6 I just BARELY beat heron first try, as in 1 health, no estus, no FP left. With aquamarine dagger.
