Does the bleed on the chaos blade scale with luck, or is that only for bleed infused weapons?

Running a bleed build with 40 luck.

[40+13x-3=17x-363]

It does scale, same for bloodlust and frayed blade.

It does, but it's fairly useless for most of them. The majority doesn't work well with a Bleed-build, just opt for straight damage.

Son, a blood infused barbed straight sword gets 72 bleed with 40 luck. I'd say it works pretty well. And I'm bored of straight damage, so I'm doing bleed
