Ideas for Samurai fashion
So I started a samurai build and as the title suggests, I wanted to plan some fashion for end game. I kinda wanted to have two sets, or with armor and one with cloth. For the cloth I was thinking the antiquated plain torso and maybe the black hand hat or something for substitution of a straw hat with any legs/arms. As for the armor set, that's where I'm having trouble. The obvious choice would be eastern set, but that set, mostly the helm, has never screamed samurai to me. I mean I'd use it if there's no other choice, but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions.

Also while you're reading this, I was thinking about adding some form of magic to the build with not a high cost since I already have so many melee only builds. Do y'all think I should go sorcery for like that Hanzo from Overwatch look, miracles, pyro, or dark magic

Considering you're going with a "straw hat" thing, you're going about this the wrong way. If you want to do traditional samurai armor, they didn't wear straw hats. If you want a straw hat, then go light armor, such as Black Hand Armor or Leonhard's Garb. Either way, you're probably SOL when you try to cosplay a samurai in DaSIII

Or rather:
(Lucatiel's Mask, but imo all masks look pretty terrible, maybe Silver/Black Knight for those horns?)
Drakeblood Armor
idk, almost everything fits tbh, as long as it has those armor-plates on it
Ruin Gauntlets
For the "armor-plate"-like look.
It's a shame they didn't bringe Alonne's armor set from Dark Souls 2 over to Dark Souls 3. I think it would have looked really good in DaS3 and could have helped you with your cosplay.
